摘 要:研究了4种叶面营养液喷施对东魁杨梅果实品质及叶片光合作用的影响,结果表明,与对照相比,各处理果实的纵横径、平均单果质量、可溶性固形物、可食率、硬度和维生素C均有不同程度提高,果实Ca、Fe、K、灰分质量分数普遍提高,而出汁率略有下降;4种叶面营养处理均能快速提高叶片净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(E)与气孔导度(Gs),且E和Pn均与Gs的变化呈正相关关系;喷施叶面营养对叶绿素质量分数影响较小,但6月3日测量的4个处理的Fv/Fm和Yield均高于对照,说明叶面营养提高了PSⅡ反应中心内部的光能转换效率。Effects of 4 kind foliar nutrition liquids sprayed on fruit quality and leaf photosynthesis of Dongkui bayberry cultivar(Myrica rubra Sieb.et.Zucc.) were studied.Results showed that the fruit diameter(transversal and vertical),the average fruit weight,the content of total soluble solids,the edible percentage,the firmness and the content of vitamin C in fruit were enhanced following all four foliar nutrition treatments.The contents of Ca,Fe,K and total ash were enhanced as well,while the juice percentage was slightly reduced.All the 4 foliar nutrition treatments could fastly increase the photosynthetic rate(Pn),the transpiration rate(E) and the stomatal conductance(Gs) of leaf,and the value of either E or Pn was positively correlated with the value of Gs.Chlorophyll content was little changed,while Fv/Fm and yield were higher following foliar nutrition application,which suggested that the treatments might increase light conversion efficiency inside PSII reaction centre.
