摘 要:用原子吸收光谱法测定6种活血化淤类中药中7种痕量元素铁、锰、铜、锌、钾、镁和钙的含量,并用因子分析方法进行分析。结果表明:因子模型能够合理地解释痕量元素间相关关系及痕量元素含量与中药疗效之间相关性,其因子得分可用于活血化淤类中药的分类,这些研究有利于活血化淤类中草药的开发利用。Seven trace metal elements (Fe, Mn, Cu, Zn, K, Mg and Ca) in 6 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines (TCM' s), which were commonly used for invigoration of blood cirulation and smoothening of blood stasis, were determined by AAS, and the data obtained were studied by the factor analysis. It was shown by the results that: (1) correlationships among the trace metal elements and correlationships between the curative effects of the 6 kinds of TCM's and the presence and contents of the metal elements were explained rationally by the factor model; (2) the factor scores could be used for classification of TCM's of this category; and (3) results obtained in this study were useful for study on utilization and development of TCM's of this category.
