摘 要:基于在酸性介质中多氯酚抑制可溶性锰(Ⅳ)-罗丹明B体系的化学发光,提出了流动注射-抑制化学发光法测定4种多氯酚(2-氯酚、2,4-二氯酚、2,4,6-三氯酚、五氯酚)含量的方法。4种多氯酚的发光强度的降低值△I与其质量浓度在一定范围内呈线性关系,检出限(3s)分别为5.7×10^(-7),4.9×10^(-7),5.5×10^(-7)和6.9×10^(-7)mol·L^(-1)。应用此法测定水样中4种多氯酚,回收率在88.0%~102.0%之间,相对标准偏差(n=5)在2.6%~5.3%之间。Based on the inhibitory chemiluminescence effect of chlorophenols on Mn(Ⅳ)-RDB system in an acidic medium, a method for the determination of four chlorophenols (2-chlorophenol, 2, 4-dichlorophen, 2, 4, 6- triehlorophen and pentachlorophenol) by FI-inhibitory chemiluminescence (CL) was proposed. Linear relationships between the magnitude of decrease in CL intensity AI(△I= I0 --I) and mass concentration of the 4 chlorophenols were obtained in definite ranges. The detection limits (3s) of 2-chlorophenol, 2, 4-dichlorophen, 2, 4, 6- trichlorophen and pentachlorophenol were 5. 7×10^-7 , 4. 9 ×10^-7 , 5. 5 ×10^-7 and 6. 9 ×10^-7 mol · L^-1 respectively. The proposed method was used in the analysis of water sample, giving the values of recovery in the range of 88.0%-102.0% and RSD's (n=5) in the range of 2. 6%--5. 3%.
