摘  要:针对石化热设备因保温不佳而造成能源浪费的现象,提出了利用红外热像技术测量热设备的热能损耗来评价热设备保温效果的方法。对于圆筒型热设备,导出了热设备中将圆筒壁传热近似视为平壁传热的条件,即只有在衬里厚度与圆筒直径的比值远小于1时,可以将圆筒壁传热视为平壁传热,在此基础上进一步讨论了环境温度对设备表面温度的影响。鉴于有些学者计算热设备总的热损耗时,仅限于用某一次测量的热损耗来推算整年的热损,考虑到这种方法欠妥,提出了按照一年的4个季度分别求出每个季度的热损耗然后以此求和来计算年均热能损耗的方法,并以热设备的实测结果来验证其实用性。Due to poor insulation, thermal equipments for the petrochemical industry waste a lot of energy. Infrared thermographic technique is proposed in this paper to appraise the heat loss of thermal equipment. It is derived that only the thickness of the lining is much smaller than the diameter of cylindrical thermal equipment, the cylinder wall heat transfer can be regarded as the heat transfer through plane wall. The influence of environmental temperature on the surface temperature of the equipment is further discussed. In view of these facts that some scholars had calculated the heat loss of thermal equipment throughout the year only based on the one measurement result. Taking its defects into account, the thermal loss should be calculated with the year's four quarters in this paper, and the result is verified with the actual measurement.
