摘 要:论述了利用衍射元件实现光学系统无热化的原理和设计方法,并利用衍射光学元件特殊的消热差和消色差特性,设计了8~12μm波段、焦距45 mm、F#为1.8、视场30°、工作在-55℃~55℃范围内的折/衍混合红外监视系统。设计结果表明,在此温度范围内,系统具有良好的消热差作用,成像质量接近衍射极限;而且具有结构简单、体积小、重量轻和可靠性高等优点。The principle and design method of employing diffractive optical element to athermallize on optical systems are presented. Based on the special athermal properties and achromatize characteristics of the diffractive optical element, a refractive-diffractive hybrid surveillance system at 8 - 12μm waveband during the temperature range of -55 ℃ - 55 ℃ is designed in the paper. The system parameters are focal length 45 mm, F^# 1.8, field of view 30°. The results show the system achieved better athermal performances at the temperature range. The image quality of the system approaches the diffractive limit. In addition, the optical system has many advantages, such as simple structure, small volume, light weight and high reliability.
