摘 要:根据架空输电导线的受力特点,建立了钢芯铝绞线局部接触模型。利用有限元分析了不同张力下铝绞线间的接触应力,从微观形貌分析了导线表面的黏着区与滑移区的分布特点,并通过两者的对比,获得了导线层间线股的磨损机制。结果表明,黏着区主要位于接触应力较大的接触区域中部,滑移区分布于接触应力较小的接触区域边缘。在黏着区,导线表层铝组织在高接触压力作用下破裂、塌陷,而滑移区的表层铝组织呈片状滑移、剥落。The local contact model of aluminum conductor steel reinforced was established according to the stress features of overhead transmission line. The contact stress under different stretching force between aluminum wires was analyzed by finite element analysis software. The distribution characteristics of adhesion region and slip region on the conductor surface were analyzed through micro-morphology, and the wear mechanism in different regions was analyzed. The results show that adhesion region is mainly located in the larger contact stress area in the middle, slip region located in the smaller contact stress area on the edge. The surface aluminum tissues of the conductor in adhesion region rupture and collapse under the high contact stress while in slip region, it' s slipping and spalling .
