摘 要:分析了影响带钢表面清洁度的各种因素,包括乳化液类型及性能参数、乳化液系统和轧制的工艺参数。介绍了轧后带钢表面残油、残铁含量的差重测量法,并采用差重法测量评定了某轧后带钢表面清洁度,计算了其表面残油、残铁含量,提出了提高乳化液润滑性能和优化乳化液系统的措施,从而改善了带钢表面清洁度。Various factors influencing the strip steel surface cleanliness were analyzed, including the type and performance parameters of emulsion, emulsion systems and rolling process parameters. The differential weight measurement method of the content of strip steel surface residual oil and residual iron after rolling was introduced and utilized to evaluate the surface cleanliness a strip steel after rolling. The surface residual oil and residual iron content for the strip steel was calculated. Some measures were put forward to improve the lubricating oil properties and optimize the emulsion system, which improve the strip steel surface cleanliness.
