摘  要:目的:研究基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)基因1562C/T分型与2型糖尿病颈动脉粥样硬化的关系。方法:选取2型糖尿病患者100例,测定患者双侧颈动脉内-中膜厚度(IMT),IMT≥1.3mm为粥样硬化斑块,根据颈动脉有无粥样硬化分为颈动脉硬化组和颈动脉正常组。分别测定这两组患者的MMP-9基因1562C/T分型。结果:颈动脉硬化组与颈动脉正常组CT+TT基因型频率分别为34.1%,16.1%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.386,P=0.036)。结论:MMP-9T等位基因与糖尿病颈动脉粥样硬化密切相关。Objective To investigate the relationship between matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) 1562C/T polymorphisms and carotid arteriosclerosis in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods The carotid intimal-medial thickness (IMT) was determined by type B ultrasound in 100 patients with type2 diabetes. IMT ≥ 1.3 mm was defined as arteriosclerosis. Polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) was used to identify MMP-9 1562C/T polymorphisms. Results The frequency of C/T and T/T genotypes of 1562C/T polymorphism was 34.1% in patients with carotid arteriosclerosis, while in patients without carotid arteriosclerosis the frequency is 16.1%, and the difference is significant between above two groups (X: = 4.386, P = 0.036). Conclusion The MMP-9 1562C/T polymorphisms are associated with carotid arteriosclerosis in patients with type 2 diabetes.
