摘　　要：目的:总结应用CAPIOX RX-05型婴儿膜肺的体会。方法:对2004年7月至2008年9月我院婴幼儿体外循环(ECC)心内直视手术中应用CAPIOX RX-05型婴儿膜肺100例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:ECC时间15～474min,初始预充量330～500mL,ECC中输浓缩红细胞(275.16±180.40)mL,常规超滤及改良超滤12例,34/6例出现轻、中度血红蛋白尿,ECC中动脉血氧分压(PaO2)均高于100mmHg。死亡4例,术后出现并发症7例,除1例转院治疗外,其余患儿均顺利恢复出院。结论:CAPIOX RX-05型膜肺预充量小、血流量大、氧合及排气效能高,可做负压静脉引流、内壁涂层减少血液破坏及系统性炎性反应,是婴幼儿ECC的上佳选择。Objective To summarize the experience on clinical application of the Terumo CAPIOX-RX05 oxygenator. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 100 infants who had received the oxygenator during cardiac surgery with extracorporeal circulation （ECC） from July 2004 to September 2008. Results The duration of ECC was 15 to 474 min; initial priming volume was 330 to 500 mL; and volume of packed red blood cell transfusion during ECC was （275.16± 180.40）mL. 12 infants required conventional or modified ultrafihration. Arterial partial pressure of oxygen was greater than 100 mmHg in all infants during ECC. 34 infants had mild hemoglobinuria and 6 had moderate hemoglobinuria. 4 infants died and 7 developed complications. Conclusions The CAPIOX-RX05, a low-prime, high-flow, X-coating oxygenator with superior oxygenation and gas exchange performance, can be used for vacuum-assisted venous drainage and can reduce blood damage and inflammatory response. It is a good option for extracorporeal circulation in infants.
