摘　　要：对状态监测在TBM(隧道全断面岩石掘进机)施工中的应用情况进行了分析,并对其在秦岭隧道及桃花铺一号隧道的开挖实际中的情况进行了总结。通过状态监测可实时掌握设备状况,判定各关键部位的状态及其发展趋势,进而确定维修保养方案,做到预防性维修。This paper makes an analysis of the application of the condition monitoring in TBM （tunnel boring machine）, and summarized the actual working actions on the qinling tunnel and the Taohuapu No. 1 tunnel. Through condition monito- ring, we can real-time control the working status of our equipment, and determine the state of the key parts and their development trend, so as to determine the maintenance program and doing preventive maintenance.
