摘　　要：上海金融国际化水平的提升对于上海国际金融中心的建设至关重要。本文通过运用金融国际化相关评价指标,衡量了上海金融国际化水平,分析了制约上海金融国际化水平的原因,对于提升上海金融国际化水平的提出了相关建议与路径选择。Enhancing the international level of Finance in Shanghai is essential for the construction of Shanghai international financial center. With the use of the relevant evaluation index of financial internationalization, this paper measures the current level of financial internationalization in Shanghai. Then, the authors analyze the reasons restricting the development of Shanghai＇s financial international level. At the end, this paper gives some relevant suggestions and path selection to enhance Shanghai＇s financial international level.
