摘　　要：工程量清单计价方式的实施,标志着我国建设工程市场价格机制的建立,这为通过工程量清单计价机制实现资源优化配置提供了条件。但是工程量清单计价方式的有效实施,有赖于其内在机制作用的发挥。通过对工程量清单计价机制的分析,可以找到实施工程量清单计价应具备的条件。只有具备这些条件,才能发挥工程量清单计价机制应有的作用。The enforcement of BOQ pricing model implies the establishment of pricing mechanism in construction market, which provides conditions for resource optimal distribution. But the effective enforcement of BOQ pricing model relies on the exertion of internal mechanism function. Through analysis of BOQ pricing mechanism, we can find the required conditions for exerting its function.
