摘　　要：意大利作曲家朱塞佩·威尔第的歌剧作品《唐卡洛斯》改编自席勒的戏剧《西班牙王子唐卡洛斯》（Don Cados，Infant van Spanien），其中最富盛名的版本是由英国导演尼古拉斯·希特纳（Nicholas Hymer）编导的版本（1886年，五幕，意大利语）。OUTLINK/This first revival of Nicholas Hytner's production of Verdi's Don Carlos (performed in the 1886 five-act Italian language version) is now conducted by Semyon Bychkov who brought urgency,naked dynamism and heart to the work,securing fine and weighty playing but sometimes choosing tempos that are too fast,notably in the'oath of allegiance'duet for Don Carlos(Jonas Kaufmann) and Rodrigo(Simon Keenlyside).Hut there's an edge, too,that is welcome.Bychkov brings out a Russian side to this score(Mussorgsky in particular) that is convincing and,towards the end of this epic setting,finding a Tchaikovskian soul that is very affecting.
