手术配合护理人力成本的变化与分析

摘　　要：目的通过比较1999年及2007年手术室单位时间内的护理人力成本投入的变化，为制订合理的护理服务价格提供依据。方法根据成本核算公式，分别核算1999年及2007年手术室手术配合的单位护理人力成本，并以外科最常见的阑尾切除手术为例，分析不同护理人力成本投入的差异。结果2007年手术配合的护理人力成本已远远高于物价部门制定医疗服务收费标准时的1999年的护理人力成本。结论护理人力成本大幅提高，有关部门应合理制定护理服务的收费标准，体现护理服务的价值。Objective To formulate a resonable cost of nursing service according to the comparison of nursing care cost between 1999 and 2007. Methods The personal cost of operative matching in operation room in 1999 and 2007 was accounted separately, on the basis of the cost accounting formula, as a result the difference of personally attending cost was obtained, taking th eappendectomy as an example. Results The personal cost of nursing care in operation in 2007 was much higher than the cost, which had calculated according to the fee scale formulated by the commodity prices department. Conclusions The personal cost of nursing care was elevated, therefore a reasonable fee scale should be formulated as soon as possible, for the manifestation of value in nursing care.
