复方木枣口服液改善小鼠睡眠作用的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨复方木枣口服液对小鼠睡眠的影响。方法将160只小鼠被随机分为4组,分别为对照组、复方木枣口服液高、中、低剂量1.44、4.33、12.98 g/(kg.d)给小鼠灌胃30 d,进行直接睡眠实验、巴比妥钠睡眠潜伏期实验、戊巴比妥钠阈下剂量催眠实验和延长戊巴比妥钠睡眠时间实验。结果与对照组比较,中、高剂量组能显著延长戊巴比妥钠诱导的小鼠睡眠时间;高剂量组小鼠睡眠潜伏期显著缩短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。各剂量组无直接催眠作用,对小鼠体质量增长、戊巴比妥钠阈下剂量催眠均无明显的影响,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论复方木枣口服液能显著改善小鼠睡眠作用。Objective To study the effect of jujube oral compound （JOC） to improve sleep of mice. Methods 160 mice were randomly divided into four groups, feeding with JOC high, medium and low doses respectively 30 day, then experiments of direct sleep, sodium sleep latency test, sodium pentobarbital hypnosis subliminal dose and extending the sleep time induced by pentobarbital sodium experimental. Results Compared with the control group, JOC could obviously extends pentobarbital sodium-induced sleep time in mice. Shortened sleep latency in mice （P〈0.05）. Other targets are insignificant. Conclusion JOC can improye obviously the sleep in mice.
