摘　　要：目的对患者持续48h微泵化疗引起静脉炎的原因进行分析，寻求恰当护理措施。方法在321例微泵治疗患者中，对其中30例发生静脉炎患者进行相关原因分析。结果患者的血液高凝、血管内皮细胞损伤、血液淤滞、反复穿刺损伤血管内膜、护理技术不正确导致血液反流与静脉炎有相关性。结论分析静脉炎发生原因，积极预防和护理，可减轻患者痛苦，较好保护静脉，保证治疗计划顺利完成，并提高生活质量。Objective To analyze the cause of the patients with phlebitis caused by pump chemotherapy for 48 hours, to seek appropriate nursing measures. Methods 521 patients with micro - pump, of which 30cases occurred phlebitis were analyzed. Results Patients＇ high blood coagulation, vascular endothelial cell damage, blood stasis, repeated puncture endothelial vascular injury., the uncorrect nursing technology leading to anti - blood flow were related to phlebitis. Conclusions To analyze the cause of phlebitis, give the timely prevention and nursing can reduce the pain of patients, protect better intravenous, ensure the successful completion of treatment programmes, and improve the quality of life.
