摘　　要：邵梦扬主任医师从脾胃入手,论治肝癌常分为肝气郁结型、气滞血瘀型、湿热结毒型、肝肾亏虚型等,分别选用逍遥散、膈下逐瘀汤、龙胆泻肝汤、滋水清肝饮等加减,疗效显著。Shao Mengyang, a chief physician deals with liver cancer from the perspective of spleen and stomach, classifies liver cancer into several syndromes, such as stagnation of liver - qi, qi - stagnancy and blood stasis, toxic stagnation of heat and dampness, deficiency of liver and kidney etc and then uses the following decoctions correspondingly, such as Xiaoyao San, Gexia Zhuyu Decoction, Longdan Xiegan Decoction, Zishui Qinggan Decoction, thus achieving great therapeutic effects.
