慢肾合剂治疗原发性膜性肾病36例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨自拟慢肾合剂治疗特发性腹性肾病的临床疗效观察。方法:将66例患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,分别采用西医常规治疗和中西医结合治疗,并对治疗前后的有关数据进行对比。结果:治疗组有效率83.3%,对照组有效率76.6%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗前后血清肌酐(Scr),血尿素氮(BUN),总胆固醇(CHO),甘油三酯(TG),血清白蛋白(Alb),24h尿蛋白定量变化差异有显著性(P<0.05或P<0.01),与对照组比较,除Alb和24h尿蛋白定量外,其余指标改善差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:采用自拟慢肾合剂加减治疗原发性膜性肾病结合常规西医治疗疗效优于单纯西医组。Objective： To approach the curative effect of manshen composition in treatingprimary membranous nephropathy. Methods： 66 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the control group were treated with conventional therapy, the treatment group were treated with conbined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine, the relevant data were compared before and after treatment. Results： The total effective rate was 83.3% in the treatment group, the total effective power was 76.6% in the control group, there was significant difference between 2 groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. Serum creatinine （Scr）, blood urea nitrogen （BUN）, total cholesterol （CHO）, triglyceride （TG）, serum albumin （Alb）, 24 -hour urinary protein changes were significantly different before and after treatment in the treatment （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0. 01 ）, compared with the control group, the difference was not statistically significant（ P 〉 0. 05 ）, except 24- hour urinary protein change. Conclusion： The effect of manshen composition together with western medicine is better than singlet western medicine treatment.
