摘 要:提出基于共享框架的图书馆服务链体系概念,阐述建设服务链体系的理论意义,认为服务链体系构建应以强化核心竞争力为焦点,以优势服务环节的集成为主线,以提高服务效益为目的。在此基础上,设计服务链体系构建方法与策略,建立服务链基本环节竞争要素分析指标,并对其应用前景进行实例剖析。The paper firstly proposes the concept of the service chain system of library based on shared viewframe, and then expounds the theoretic significance of the system. It is suggested that the system could be set up through taking hardcore competitiveness as a fo- cus, taking the integration of preponderant service chains as a masterstroke and taking the improvement of service efficiency as a object. Then, the method and strategy for establishing the system is designed, the indicators and strategic evaluation for the analysis of the competitive keys in the basic taches of the service chain are discussed and a case for the applied potential of the system is set out.
