摘　　要：文章首先对数据包络分析方法(DEA)进行简要介绍,在对网络环境下政府数字信息资源配置效率分析的适用性和评价指标设立的理论依据做简要阐述和分析的基础上,给出基于DEA方法评价模型的输入输出指标体系的设计思路和具体指标选择,以及根据现实情况所做的指标修正。At first, the paper introduces a method of efficiency evaluation named Data Envelopment Analysis （DEA）, then bases on the brief expound and analysis of applicability and theory foundation to Network Government Digital Information Resources, comes out the design thread and selection of input/output index system to DEA evaluation model. Furthermore, the author modifies the index according to the concrete condition.
