摘　　要：本文首先介绍了网络容灾模型,并分析目前通信网络常用的应急措施,然后提出GSM/UMTS网中A/Iu接口启用多信令点,以实现紧急情况下业务快速割接的技术方案。针对爱立信软交换设备,描述其具体实现步骤。最后根据目前网络状况,提出容灾组网原则及模型。The general model of network disaster tolerance and method used nowdays is analysed firstly. A new scheme based on multi-signalling point in A/Iu interface of GSM and UMTS,is designed to enhance the robustness of tele-network.The scheme is testified in practice and the procedure is described.Last in this paper, the principle and network designning model is suggested.
