摘　　要：国际金融危机的暴发和中国经济战略的转换，为内陆地区建立和完善开放型经济体系提供了难得的机遇。以改革开放三十年来创建的开放型经济为基础，分析现阶段内陆地区面临的开放格局、特点和问题，提出健全开放型经济体系的相应对策，以期开辟内陆地区适合自身特点的开放发展之路。The outburst of global economic crisis and the conversion of China economy strategy provide an excellent opportunity in structuring and consummating the inland open-economy system. Based on 30 years development in establishing open-economy system, to analysis present opening-up patterns, features and questions of inland areas and to table countermeasures of improving open-economy system in an effort to found a proper way to fit inland areas＇ opening-up and development.
