摘 要:通过现场实验测试,认为钢包炉吹氩搅拌过程中,氩气升温吸热对钢液温降的影响极少。分析认为钢液产生较大温降主要原因是包衬蓄热和吹氩过程中形成的钢液裸露面对外散热,同时指出钢包内钢液温度的分层可减少通过包衬散热所带来的热损。Via experiments and testing on site,the fact that argon absorbs heat during heating is considered to have very little influence on temperature drop of molten steel during stirring by blowing argon.The analysis shows that temperature drop of molten steel is mainly caused by heat absorbed by ladle lining and heat radiated from the exposed surface of molten steel during argon blowing.Meanwhile,it is indicated that stratification of molten steel temperature in ladle may reduce heat loss caused by radiation from ladle lining.
