摘　　要：婚姻习惯法是甘南藏族习惯法的重要组成部分。甘南藏区的法制变迁使这里的婚姻习惯法的内容和特点具有明显的地区特色。甘南藏族婚姻习惯法与我国《婚姻法》有冲突,也有协调一致之处。如何更好地实现国家婚姻法与民族习惯法的良性互动需要各方面的长期努力。The customary law of marriage is an important component of Gannan Tibetan customary law. The development of legal system in Gannan Tibetan area gives the main content and characteristics of Gannan Tibetan customary law of marriage. National marriage law and Gannan Tibetan customary law of marriage have both collisions and consistences. How to syncretize the relationship between national marriage law and Gannan Tibetan customary law of marriage needs extensive efforts for a long time.
