摘　　要：我国尚不健全的城乡物流体系,是制约农村发展的一个瓶颈。目前,这个系统已有雏形,主要模式有:"联合-协作经营联盟"、"连锁经营联盟"等,对这二种模式下的物流结构和财务问题进行了讨论。Our city and countryside physical distribution system, is not perfect restricting the countryside develop- ment as a bottleneck. At present, this system has the embryonic form and the main pattern includes： ＂The union -cooperation management alliance＂, ＂the chain-like management alliance＂ and so on. This article has carried on the discussion on under the two kinds of patterns physical distribution structure and the financial question.
