摘　　要：我国石油、天然气工业的迅速发展，迎来了油气输送管道工业的再次兴起，也对管道用钢材提出了更严格的要求。概述了未来１０年中我国管道工业第二个发展高潮的特点，从实际使用出发，探讨了采用合适的钢级及因包辛格效应钢厂在生产时应考虑的问题，并对研究开发抗氢致裂纹管材和发展大口径直缝埋弧焊管提出了建议。The rapid advance in oil & gas industry is to follow another upsurge of oil & gas pipeline industry,and much more critical requirements for the pipeline steel are needed.This article outlines the characters of the second high tide of developing China pipeline industry in the coming ten years;probes the appropriate steel grade and the problems which should be considered for the steelmaking plant due to Bauschinger effect.There is also a suggestion on the research and development of antihydrogen crack tube steel and large diameter straight submerged arc welded tube.
