摘　　要：对农村非正式结构体育社团的发展进行研究有利于农村体育的组织与管理。通过文献资料调研、问卷调查和个案研究等方法对新中国农村非正式结构体育社团波澜壮阔的发展历程和存在的问题进行了梳理,得出:党的正确领导和稳定的政治与社会环境决定着农村非正式结构体育社团的兴旺发展。目前,农村非正式结构体育社团群体规模小、人际环境单一,存在资源获取困难,缺乏日常活动场地、指导和村委会的支持,缺乏政策法规的有效支撑等问题。提出的发展对策如下:逐步完善法规制度,加强监督与注册;加强社会体育指导员队伍建设;加大舆论宣传力度;通过多元化的融资方式与实体化相结合的方式获取发展资源;采用商户型、精英型、领导型、节庆型和自发自在散落型非正式结构体育社团发展路径或模式发展农村体育组织。Doing research about spontaneous sports groups of rural area is conductive to the organization and management of rural sports. Through using the methods of literature review, questionnaire investigation, case study and so on, this paper had sorted the magnificent developing path and the problem of spontaneous sports groups in Chinese rural area and concluded that the party＇s correct leadership and stable environment of politics and society determined the development and thriving of rural spontaneous sports organization, at same time, present exist ing problems is that its scale being small, interpersonal environment single, accessing to resources difficult, it shortage of daily activity site, guiding, backing up of the village committee, effective support of policies and regulations and so on. Given the reasons and countermeasures are as follows： to improve the system of laws and regulations gradually, strengthen supervision, registration and the building of community sports instructor, increase public awareness, get developing resources through a wide range of financing combined with entities. The rural sports organizations should develop through adopting the type of elite, leadership, enchants, and festivals, and the model of scattered, spontaneous, self-reliance and informal structure.
