摘  要:本文根据舞钢4200mm宽厚板轧机的生产实践,分析了钢锭一次产品成材率低的原因,研制出“钢锭一次成材斜咬边技术”,制订出该技术工艺参数及其确定原则和方法,通过实施,改善了钢板平面形状,缩短了轧制周期,减轻了重边的影响,提高成材率1.45%以上。This article,based on the production practice of 4200mm plate mill in Wuyang steel,analyses the cause of low yield ratio during direct rolling from ingot to finished plate product ,develops'inclined edge-biting technology in rolling from ingot to finished product '.works out process parameters for this technology and its determining criterion and method. Through its implementation, plan view of the plate is improved, rolling period is shortened,influence of edge lap is reduced and yield ratio is enhanced by more than 1.45%
