摘 要:对比研究乳聚丁苯橡胶(ESBR)和几种溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)的结构与性能。结果表明,ESBR生胶和混炼胶门尼粘度较小,硫化胶的强伸性能和耐磨性能较好,压缩疲劳性能和动态性能较差;SSBR YL950,SSBR2305和SS-BR SL552生胶和混炼胶门尼粘度较小,硫化胶的强伸性能、耐磨性能、压缩疲劳性能和动态性能居中;星形SSBR生胶门尼粘度较混炼胶大,加工性能好,硫化胶物理性能、耐磨性能和动态性能达到平衡,适用于"绿色轮胎"胎面胶。The structure and properties of emulsion-polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber(ESBR) and several solution-polymerized styrene-butadiene rubbers(SSBRs) were experimentally investigated. The results showed that the Mooney viscosities of raw ESBR and its compound were low, the tensile properties and abrasion resistance of ESBR vulcanizate were better, and the compression fatigue and dynamic properties were poorer than SSBR vulcanizates;the Mooney viscosities of raw SSBR YL950, SSBR2305,SSBR SL552 and their respective mix were also low, the tensile properties, abrasion resistance,compression fatigue and dynamic properties of SSBR YL950, SSBR2305 and SSBR SL552 vulcanizate were in the middle,the Mooney viscosity of raw star shaped SSBR was higher than that of star shaped SSBR compound, and the processability was good, the star shaped SSBR vulcanizate achieved good balance of physical properties, abrasion resistance and dynamic properties, so it was suitable for green tire tread compound.
