摘　　要：图书馆参与信息扶贫主要由社会责任、扶贫政策、农民期盼、自身优势等因素驱动。为达到预期目标,务必探索新路径,建立起覆盖城乡、惠及全民的新型公共图书馆服务体系,以形成半小时信息服务圈。同时要力求信息资源对路,服务形式多样,提高农村用户的信息素养,并开通手机短信服务平台。The motivations for the library to participate in helping the poor with information are mainly social responsibilities, pro-poor policies, farmers＇ expectations and the library＇s own advantages. To achieve the desired goal, it is necessary to explore new paths and establish new public library service systems covering both urban and rural areas and benefit all the people, in order to form the so-called ＂half-hour information service circle. ＂ At the same time, we must strive to provide the fight path of information resources, diverse forms of services to enhance the users＇ information literacy in rural areas, and launch a ＂mobile phone short message service platform. ＂ 15 refs.
