摘　　要：根据液晶空间光调制器调制传递函数的定义和测量方法,建立了测量LC-SLM调制传递函数的实验系统,对EPSON 0.9 in L3D09H-41C00型液晶空间光调制器的调制传递函数进行了测量,得到了调制传递函数曲线,并对实验测量结果进行了分析和讨论。According to the definition and measuring method for the modulation transfer function of the liquid crystal spatial light modulator,the experimental system was designed and set up to measure the MTF of LC-SLM. Furthermore,the MTF of the LC-SLM of EPSON L3D09H-41C00 with the size of 0.9 inch was measured. The curve of MTF was obtained and the experimental results were analyzed and discussed.
