摘　　要：全球经济不平衡的深层根源是近10年,尤其是最近5年世界经济发展态势、国际力量格局、国际经济关系发生的巨大变化。全球经济不平衡是经济全球化的必然结果。经济全球化加速了全球经济不平衡发展,生产国际化则扭曲了全球经济不平衡的真相。全球经济不平衡是一种"总体动态平衡"中的永恒现象。我们必须从"总体动态平衡"的视野看待全球经济不平衡问题。The imbalance of the global economy is the ultimate result of economic globalization.Economic globalization has accelerated the imbalanced development of the global economy,while the internationalized production has distorted the truth of the imbalanced development of the global economy.The imbalance of the global economy is an eternal phenomenon in 'a general dynamic balance'.As a result,the imbalance of the global economy should be viewed from the perspective of 'a general dynamic balance'.
