摘　　要：在世界能源格局发生调整变化的大背景下,俄罗斯抓住亚太地区能源需求上升的战略机遇,积极加强与亚太国家能源合作。俄针对各国不同情况,采取有效措施,吸引资金和技术,积极开拓亚太能源市场。俄将亚太地区视为能源战略重要环节的主要意图在于保持能源强国地位,推动其欧亚大国地位的复兴。近两年俄乌天然气之争波及欧洲,欧盟已开始加大新能源开发和替代能源研究工作力度,迫使俄加速能源政策调整。确保能源安全、实行能源多元化已成为俄当务之急。Confronted with the change and adjustment of the global energy pattern,Russia lost no time to take advantage of energy consumption rise of the Asian-Pacific countries and actively strengthened its energy cooperation with them.Russia has seen its energy cooperation with the Asian-Pacific countries as an important part of its energy strategy,behind which lies the intention to maintain its position as an energy power and promote its recovery as a Euro-Asian power.
