摘　　要：农村改革以来,国家逐渐退出乡村水利的直接供给,乡村水利的供给水平与特定区域村庄的关联性便凸显出来。新庄村因其特有的用水规则、村庄权威和传统资源,而建构了村庄自主解决灌溉问题的机制。With rural reforms, , the relations between irrigation to come out. Xinzhuang village, sources, has constructed relevant China gradually withdraws from the direct supply of the irrigation works water supply and specific regional villages are getting further prominence because of its water rules, authority of the village and traditidnal remechanisms to solve the irrigation problems.
