国内、外农村体育公共产品研究述评

摘　　要：立足国内、外相关研究文献和课题成果,采用文献资料调研、对比分析等研究方法,对国内、外农村体育公共产品的相关研究进行了梳理、分析与评价。西方公共产品理论较为系统成熟,但由于西方相对较小的城乡差异,西方对农村体育公共产品的专门研究较少,主要集中在体育公共产品供给的体制制度、财务管理、资金筹集和使用等领域。国内主要集中于其相关概念的辨析、特征与分类、供给现状、制约因素和对策等领域。但仍存在概念模糊、应用和综合性研究缺乏、研究方法单一、研究区域不均、研究思路与视角过于狭隘等问题,急需在研究方法、研究视角、跨学科等领域加以突破。Based on research achievement and literature at home and abroad, using the method of literature review and comparative analysis, this paper makes analysis and evaluation on rural sports public goods. The specific research of western rural sports public goods is less, and mainly focuses on system of sports public goods supplement, finance management and fund raising. At home, the research mainly focuses on related concept, characteristics and classification, supplement condition and measurements, but still exist the unclear concept, lack of application and comprehensive research, visual angle and methods of research being too narrow, it needs a breakthrough in research method, visual angle and different subjects.
