摘　　要：恩施州传统体育项目作为中国民族传统体育的重要组成部分,具有鲜明的民族和地域特色。对恩施州民族传统体育项目的开展现状、流变特点与规律进行探析,研究认为,恩施土家族苗族自治州民族传统体育项目的流变,反映了我国民族传统体育从原生态、地方性经过不断革新,逐步走向现代化、大众化、竞技与健身并进的过程。民族传统体育的流变,是沿着从封闭到开放、从自然性向科学规范化、从自发走向政府引导的规律进行,创新项目、引入竞赛、纳入非物质文化遗产、保护民间传人等都是保证民族传统体育传承发展的重要途径。As an important part of China＇s national traditional sports, traditional sport events in Hubei Enshi Autonomous Prefecture have distinctive national and regional characteristics. This paper analyzed the development situation, changing characteristics and laws of national traditional sports events in Hubei Enshi Autonomous Prefecture. The changes of national traditional sports in Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture reflect a process that China national traditional sports has gradually experienced from the original ecology and local to a modern, popular, athletic and fitness in hand through constant innovation. The changes of national traditional sports go along the laws from being closed to being open, from being natural to being scientific and standardized, from being spontaneous to being government guides. Innovating events, introducing competition, being taken into intangible cultural heritage and protecting civil successor etc. , are important ways to ensure the inheritance and development of national traditional sports.
