摘  要:疏水单体全氟辛基乙基丙烯酸酯(FM)、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)、丙烯酰胺(AM)和甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)通过自由基胶束共聚合成了P(FM-AMPS-AM-DMC)四元共聚物,即氟碳型两性聚丙烯酰胺(FPAM)絮凝剂。实验结果表明,FPAM水溶液中存在强烈的分子间缔合作用;在共聚温度50℃、共聚时间8 h、引发剂w(过硫酸钾)=0.3%(占单体总质量)、w(AMPS)=15.0%(占单体总质量)、w(DMC)=8.0%(占单体总质量)、w(FM)=0.3%(占单体总质量)、n(乳化剂OP-10):n(FM)=10的条件下,合成的FPAM絮凝剂用于净化洗煤水、污泥脱水等均具有良好的效果,与无机絮凝剂聚合氯化铝复配的絮凝效果更好。Fluorocarbon-modified polyacrylamide--P (FM-AMPS-AM-DMC) quatemary copolymer (FPAM), used as amphoteric flocculant, was prepared by free radical micellar copolymerization from acrylamide ( AM), 2-acrylamide-2-methyl propane sulfonic ( AMPS ), methacryloyloxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride ( DMC ) and 2- ( perfluorooctyl ) ethyl acrylate ( FM ) by redox initiation. The influences of every monomer contents on properties of FPAM aqueous solutions were investigated. The aqueous solution was hydrophobic and showed strong intermolecular association. Under optimal conditions: reaction temperature 50 ℃, reaction time 8 h, FM 0. 3%, AMPS 15.0%, DMC 8.0%, initiator K2S208 0.3% (all mass fractions of the monomers and initiator based on total monomer mass), mole ratio of emulsifier OP-10 to FM 10, the obtained FPAM flocculant can be used satisfactorily in treating coal-washing wastewater and adaptable to broad range of temperature and pH. It can also be used in sludge-dewatering. It was noticeable that the composite of FPAM with conventional inorganic polyaluminium chloride used as flocculant showed synergetic effect, performance of which was even more promising than each of its ingredient.
