摘　　要：对电磁式磁滞纱线张力器进行分析研究。采用理论计算和磁元作用机理分析方法,就其磁滞工作原理、技术要点和应用范围加以论述。研发成功的HC-D01产品可实现纱线张力群控,效果良好,在纺织设备中有广泛的应用前景。The electromagnetic-hysteresis yarn tensioning device was discussed in this article. Using the theoretical calculations and the analysis methods of the mechanism of magnetic element, the working principle of magnetic hysteresis, technical key points and applications of the electromagnetic-hysteresis yarn tensioning device were discussed. The new developed product, HC-D01, can achieve the group control of the yarn tension and obtain good controlling results, showing wide application prospect in the textile equipment.
