HPLC法测定益心丸中的华蟾酥毒基、脂蟾毒配基含量

摘　　要：目的：建立测定益心丸中的华蟾酥毒基、脂蟾毒配基含量的高效液相色谱分析方法。方法：采用HPLC法，Diamonsil C18色谱柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），以0．5％磷酸二氢钾-乙腈（50：50）（用磷酸调节pH值为3．2）为流动相；流速为1．0mL·min^-1，检测波长为296nm。结果：华蟾酥毒基、脂蟾毒配基在进样量分别为0．127～5．096μg和0．124～4．960μg范围内线性关系良好，平均回收率分别为102．81％和98．83％，RSD分别为0．98％和0．42％。结论：本方法简便、准确、快速，可作为该制剂的质控方法。Objective： To establish a method of determining cinobufagin and resibufogenin in Yixin Pills. Methods： The contents of einobufagin and resibufogenin were determined by HPLC. The chromatographic conditions were： Diamonsil C18 （250 mm ×4. 6 mm, 5 μm） column, using 0. 5% potassium phosphate-acetonitrile（50： 50, pH 3.2） , and the flow rate was 1.0 mL· min^-1 , detection wavelength 296 nm. Results： The good linearity of einobufagin and resibufogenin was in the range of 0. 127 -5. 096 μg and 0. 124 4. 960 μg, respectively; average recovery and RSD were 102. 81% and 0. 98% for cinohufagin, 98.83% and 0. 42% for resibufogenin. Conclusion： This method is simple, accurate and fast and can be used to control the quality of Yixin Pills.
