摘　　要：目的分析术后早期炎性肠梗阻的发病原因及探讨治疗方法。方法回顾分析该院2002年5月到2008年5月六年期间阑尾手术后发生的36例早期炎性肠梗阻病例的临床资料。结果34例患者经过保守治疗获得治愈,2例手术治疗,本组无死亡病人。结论术后早期炎性肠梗阻首选保守治疗,其中绝大多数经过保守治疗可以治愈,手术应相当慎重。Aim To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of early postoperative inflammatory ileus （EPII）. Methods The clinical data of 36 patients with EPII who were treated in the hospital from May 2002 to May 2008 were reviewed and analyzed. Results Of all these patients ,34 were healed after conservative treatment. Only 2 cases had relieved operation, with no death reports. Conclusion Conservative treatment is the choice primarily considerded for the EPII. Most of them could be healed, and relieved operation should be made cautiously.
