摘 要:目的研究甲状腺激素对心房肌组织基质金属蛋白酶(明胶酶)变化的影响,探讨甲状腺功能亢进性房颤发生的组织学因素。方法健康成年犬腹腔注射优甲乐建立甲状腺功能亢进动物模型。分别于不同时间段观察明胶酶活性的变化。结果实验组犬给药后明胶酶活性和合成增加。结论甲状腺激素导致心房肌组织明胶酶变化,从而为房颤发生的提供了组织学因素。Objective To investigate the effects of thyroid hormone to atrial gelatinase content of atrial muscle and to investigate the histology factors in atrial fibrillation with hyperthyoidism. Methods Hyperthyroidism models were established in 16 healthy adult dogs by intraperitoneal injection Euthyrox, and then the dogs were randomly assigned to two groups. The activities of MMP-2 and MMP-9 were evaluated using zymography, the contents of atrial gelatinase and the density of the sympathetic nerve were semi-quantified immuohistochemically. Results Following medication, in the trial group, the constituents of collagen differed between the left and the right atrial, the density of sympathetic nerve were higher in the left atrium than in the fight atrium, and that was higher in the right atrium than in the control. Thyroid hormone also led to increased synthesis and activity of gelatinase. Conclusion Thyroid hormone can induce elevated expression and activity of gelatinase.
