摘　　要：马钢二铁厂炼铁原料含有少量钒钛,生铁一级品率徘徊在80％左右。1997年,在1号高炉上通过确定合适的[Si]+[Ti]值(≤0.75％)、[S]目标值(0.038％)及[S]波动范围(0.028％～0.050％)和采取稳定炉渣性能及定期自身洗炉等措施,生铁一级品率提高到了85.69％。The first class pig iron rate at the Second Ironmaking Plant of Maanshan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. was about 80% duing to the ironmaking material bearing low V and Ti.In 1997,a series of measures were adopted on the No.1 BF such as controlling [Si] + [Ti] (≤0.75%),[S] target value (0.038%) and [S] fluctuation range(0.028%-0.050%),stablizing slag property and washing furnace regularly .
