摘　　要：研究城市土地潜力是城市建设者合理利用城市土地、提高城市土地利用效率、保护耕地的基础。本文以唐山市为例,对城镇土地潜力评价的指标体系、评价单元、评价模型等进行了研究。并基于RS技术、GIS技术和数据库技术,开发了土地利用潜力分析评价系统,该系统结合了近年来土地信息化管理的科技成果,不仅实现了土地利用潜力评价功能,还拓展了土地利用的空间数据和非空间数据的查询、统计分析、打印输出等功能。Researches on the potential of urban land are the base of reasonable and sufficient utilization and protection of soil by city erectors. Taking Tangshan city as example, this paper focuses on the evaluation system, evaluation unit and evaluation model. Based on technologies of RS, GIS and database, the research developed the analysis and evaluation system of soil potential integrating recent earth information management technology. This system provides not only the basis for the land evaluation, but also the method for the inquiry, statistic analysis, printing of spatial and attribute data.
