碱性体系中硅酸钠对铝阳极电化学性能的影响

摘  要:为了提高Al的耐蚀性以及活化性能,用线性扫描伏安法、交流阻抗、恒电流放电等方法,研究了在4 mol/L KOH溶液中,添加剂Na2Si O3对铝阳极(99.999%)电化学性能的影响,结果表明:当Na2Si O3质量分数为3.0%时,铝阳极具有较好的活化和缓蚀性能。Al的缓蚀率达52%,且开路电位Eocp负移出现最大值达-1.743 V。在-1.2 V下,Al的电流密度高达102.5 mA/cm2,几乎与Al在4 mol/L KOH中相等。然而,当3.0%Na2Si O3加入到(4 mol/L KOH+饱和Ca(OH)2)时,则Al的缓蚀率达84.3%,且活化程度超过Al在4 mol/L KOH中的情况。Tq improve corrosion-inhibition and activation properties of aluminum, effect o,( Na2 SiO3 additive on electrochemical properties of aluminum(99. 999%) in 4 mol/L KOH solution was investigated using electrochemical method. The results showed that the aluminum anode exhibited good corrosion-inhibition and activation properties when 3.0% Na2SiO3 is added into 4 mol/L KOH. The corrosion-inhibited ratio was 52% and Eocp was also improved. At --1.20 V, the current density of aluminum anode was 102. 5 mA/cm^2. However, when 3. 0% Na2SiO3 was added into (4 mol/L KOH+ saturated Ca(OH)2), the corrosion-inhibited ratio of aluminum became 84. 3 % and activation properties were greatly improved.
