摘  要:采用微波辐射法制备饮用水除氟用粉末吸附剂。以碱式碳酸镁为原料,在原料中掺加活性炭以强化微波加热效率,制备条件为:掺加活性炭与碱式碳酸镁的质量比为(5~7)∶8,煅烧温度高于450℃,微波功率在0.5~2.0 kW,煅烧时间在20 min以上。在原水pH为5~9时,含活性炭的活性氧化镁粉末除氟剂的静态除氟容量为13.11~13.29 mg/g。产物的XRD和SEM分析结果表明,碱式碳酸镁分解完全,活性氧化镁为松散片状结构。Microwave radiation method was used for preparing powder adsorbent for drinking water defluorination.Raw material was basic magnesium carbonate and activated carbon was mixed into the raw material to enhance efficiency of microwave heating.Preparation conditions were as follows:mass ratio of activated carbon and basic magnesium carbonate was(5~7)∶8,calcination temperature was higher than 450 ℃,microwave power was 0.5~2.0 kW,and microwave processing time was more than 20 min. Static defluorination capacity of the prepared activated carborrdoped activated magnesium oxide powder was 13.11 ~ 13.29 mg/g in pH range from 5 to 9 of raw water. XRD proved that decomposition of basic magnesium carbonate in mixed materials was complete and SEM results showed that activated magnesium oxide in compound was in loose sheet form.
