摘 要:研究了黄金鲈(Perca flavescens)雌鱼与伊犁鲈(Perca schrenki)雄鱼杂交后代的生长性能和性腺发育。结果显示:经过690 d的生长比较,杂交鲈体重为(446.94±32.14)g,黄金鲈体重为(314.16±31.20)g,伊犁鲈体重为(446.94±32.14)g;杂交鲈体重增长比黄金鲈快33.91%,二者体重有显著差异(P<0.05);杂交鲈体重增长比伊犁鲈低6.24%,杂交鲈与伊犁鲈体重无显著差异。二龄杂交鲈雌、雄性腺系数分别为(10.05±0.05)%和(1.64±0.01)%,显著低于黄金鲈雌、雄性腺系数(13.67±0.05)%和(3.60±0.01)%(P<0.05)。黄金鲈和伊犁鲈的杂交鲈繁殖期比黄金鲈推迟一年。This research based on the hybrid experiment conducted with Perca flavescens (yellow perch) spawner and Perca schrenki ( balkhash perch) milter ( a kind of perch native to the Central Asia region) for the first time, with a view of speeding up the growth rate of P.flavescens, postponing sexual maturity and improving the listing specifications. The result showed that, the weight of hybrid perch was (446.94±32. 14 )g, P.flavescens was (314. 16 ±31.20)g and P. schrenki was (446. 94 ±32. 14)g. The body weight of hybrids were gained 33.91% faster than P.flavescens, there was significant difference between the hybreds and P.flavescerts (P 〈 0.05 ), but significant difference between the hybreds and P. schrenki. Gonadosomatie index of male and female hybrids were respectively ( 10. 05± 0. 05 ) % and ( 1.64 ± 0. 01 ) % , which were significantly lower than the P.flavescens ( 13.67 ±0. 05)% and (3.60 ±0. 01 )% (P 〈0. 05). Through hybridization, the breeding of hybrids was delayed one year.
