摘  要:为了更好地控制板形,六辊UCM冷轧机的中间辊在窜辊的基础上,还要施加弯辊力,因此在中间辊与工作辊的端部接触区域将产生较大的应力集中,使轧辊磨损加快,甚至出现剥落现象。利用影响函数法建立UCM轧机的辊系弹性变形数学模型。同时为了减少辊间接触压力峰值,在中间辊两端加直倒角进行过渡,并对中间辊的倒角参数进行优化,优化出了适合不同带宽的倒角形状参数,从而降低了轧辊端部的接触压力,减缓了轧辊的磨损,避免了轧辊剥落。For a better control of strip shape, bending force must be applied besides roll shift of intermediate roll of UCM-type six-roller mill, so that there will be stress concentration point in the contact area between intermediate roll and work roll, which makes the roll abrasion become quick, and even results in roll peeling off. The mathematic model of elastic deformation of UCM rolling mill has been developed by using influence function method. In order to reduce the peak value of contact pressure, a chamfer has been used in the end of intermediate roll. The parameter of intermediate roll chamfer have been optimized which can be applied to different kinds of strips. After optimizing, the peak value of contact pressure has been reduced, the roll abrasion has been relieved and the roll peeling also has been avoided.
