废纸造纸厂实现废水封闭循环零排放的措施

摘　　要：大连创大纸业以废纸为原料生产瓦楞原纸和包装纸,通过强化管理,改进工艺设计,采用合理的工艺和设备,实现了造纸废水封闭循环和零排放。通过添加树脂吸附剂,提高了助留助滤效果,缓解了DCS积累,减轻了胶黏物问题,虽然成纸的物理强度有所降低,但仍能够达到用户的要求。Dalian Chuangda Paper Making Co. , Ltd. produces corrugating medium and wrapping paper with waste paper as fiber raw material. The company realizes the paper making waste water closed recycling and zero discharge by enhancing the management, improving process design and using the reasonable technology and equipment. Thanks to the application of resin absorbent the retention and drainage properties are improved, DCS accumulation is reduced, sticky problem is eased. The quality of the product can meet the customers＇ requirement although the strength is reduced.
