摘　　要：普通或低品质流浆箱不能满足纸机提速、产品质量提高的要求,新型的稀释水流浆箱性能优良,能大幅提高产品质量。在对纸机进行提速改造时,可对流浆箱进行适当改进,加装稀释水装置,以提高性能,改善产品质量。Traditional and old type headboxes may not meet high machine speed and high paper quality requirements, and are today replaced by a new type dilution water controlled headboxes which has better performance and can significantly improve the paper quality. In order to rebuild the paper machine and increase its speed, it is necessary to make proper renovation of headboxes by adding dilution water profiling functions in order to provide better machine performance and better paper quality.
