摘 要:对扬州六圩污水厂一期工程氧化沟内的水质进行了监测分析并研究了农药废水对活性污泥降解能力的影响,发现农药废水中的特殊污染物可以使活性污泥耗氧呼吸速率下降10.5%或更多,严重影响生物处理能力,并造成出水无法稳定达标。基于前期的研究成果,在污水厂二期工程设计中,根据动态进水负荷变化增设了进水在线监测、水解酸化池、生物智能工艺优化控制系统和深度处理设施,以有效缓冲工业废水冲击负荷,吸附和转化有害难降解污染物,并通过生物智能优化控制系统,实时计算工艺各区域污染物降解所需溶解氧,确保精确的气量供应,实现出水稳定达标排放。同时,可有效降低20%~30%的鼓风机能耗,减少污泥量和污泥处理费用。Through the analysis of wastewater quality in the first-stage oxidation ditch process of Yangzhou Liuwei WWTP and the study on the influence of pesticide wastewater on activated sludge, it was found that poisonous pollutants in pesticide wastewater could reduce oxygen uptake rate (OUR) by e- qual to or more than 10.5%, which restrained the ability of biological treatment. Subsequently, the ef- fluent could not meet the discharge standard. Based on the previous research results, in the second-stage process design of Liuwei WWTP, the online monitor of the influent, the hydrolysis and acidification tank, bioproeess intelligent optimization system (BIOS) and advanced treatment were added according to the dynamic influent loading. All of these measures are taken to effectively reduce the impact loading of industrial wastewater, adsorb and transform harmful and refractory pollutants. The dissolved oxygen for the degradation of pollutants can be calculated in real time by BIOS, which further assures exact air supply and meet the discharge standard steadily. The energy consumption of aeration can be decreased by 20% to 30% , the sludge production and the treatment cost of sludge are reduced.
